Independent artist Kyla Simone is a high spirited singer/songwriter/guitarist from Silver Spring, MD. Her songs dig deep, uplift, and transform. Her sound is reminiscent of the lyrical prowess of India Arie mixed with the softness of Corinne Bailey Rae, and a hint of the sass of Jill Scott. Kyla Simone currently has an EP entitled "FlySoar" available online and is working on new music with plans to release a couple singles early next year.
