Up and coming Toronto based alternative rock band
The Riot Police are a 5 piece alternative rock band from Ottawa, Ontario. The band has played shows all over Ottawa, including Capital City Music Hall, Zaphod’s, The Live Lounge, Ritual Nightclub, Greenfields, The Tulip Festival, Folk Fest, and Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest. They have also played gigs in Toronto, Waterloo, Montreal, Kingston and the Ottawa Valley. The members of The Riot Police are Alex Boyd, Ian Sabourin, Nick Jones, Riley Hawkins, and Taylor Harris. Their 2nd album, The Crossing, is available from retailers nationwide as well as on iTunes. Featured on CKCU FM. Currently attending Coalition Music for the Artist Entrepreneur program.
